- Event administration: Advice on suitable venues, event planning, financial costings, fee-band projections, advice on content and structuring, workshop planning, speaker briefings and liaison. We will handle all bookings administration, invoicing and presentation of final conference accounts. We can also provide Press and PR support for your event.
- Design: Use of the latest computerised on-screen page make-up technology enables us to produce high-quality materials for your conference at an affordable cost. We provide flier design, programme and conference pack design, printing and publishing.
- Visual displays: To give your event the best image, we can also arrange high-quality conference staging, banners, AV equipment and experienced production crew. Filming and sound recording can also be provided. We can also set up a temporary Web site and Email address for your conference.
- Exhibitors: If you want to run an exhibition in tandem with your event, we can arrange that too. We will handle the arrangements, publicity, bookings, and the financial administration for you.
